1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the Wixxam application, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Account Access
Access is granted via a unique invite code. Sharing this code with unauthorized individuals is strictly prohibited.

3. Device Limitations
Each account is strictly limited to two active devices. Attempting to bypass this limitation may result in account termination.

4. Intellectual Property
The educational content, grammar explanations, and proprietary methodologies are the intellectual property of Wixxam and cannot be redistributed.

5. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the application constitutes acceptance of those changes.

6. Refund Policy (Digital Goods)
All Sales Are Final. Due to the immediate access to proprietary digital content and educational materials, we do not offer refunds once access has been granted and the user has logged in. By purchasing and accessing this digital content, you explicitly waive your right to a withdrawal or cooling-off period.
